Private Training (Focus)
Private sessions begin with an initial consultation where a program is designed for the individual's goals in fitness, posture, flexibility, and muscle toning. This program will address any weaknesses, chronic pain, past injuries, or tightness as well as any aesthetic concerns you may have.
Semi-Private Training (Collaborate)
Choose Semi-Privates to work out with 2-4 people for a more inexpensive and social alternative to private sessions. We offer duets and group equipment classes for three or more people. Work out with a trainer and bring a friend or be matched up with a partner or group.
Student Trainers (Growth)
This is our most popular training session. It is a dynamic opportunity for both the client and Student Teacher to master Pilates proficiency providing a flexible balance between instruction and an unbeatable value.
Rehabilitation (Renew)
Pilates designed an amazing rehab system for knee, back, hip, shoulder, and repetitive stress injuries. To improve the body's imbalances and to treat the root of the problem, a holistic approach is used to correct asymmetries and chronic weakness while preventing re-injury and bringing the body back to balance.
Home Programs (Customized)
Specifically designed daily practices or re-hab routines can be established for individuals that like to train in the comfort of their homes.
