Baby Steps

During the years 2005 and 2006, the studio was pregnant. Three Pilates teachers and one yoga instructor were all dealing with the special issues that pregnancy presents to the mother that wants to stay active. Trust us! No other studio around has us beat. We know how to prepare a body for childbirth and get you back to your old self after delivery. Push Pilates has classes directed specifically for you and your little one during this special time of life.

Moms-to-be everywhere have discovered that doing Pilates & Yoga during pregnancy can ease some of the discomforts that go along with pregnancy and labor.
