Angie Dickson

Angie has always been interested in fitness and healthy living.  Her mother,
who worked in Nutrition Education through the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, sparked her interest at a very young age.  During college, Angie  worked as an aerobics instructor.  After graduation, working-out became an outlet for the everyday stresses of being a nightly television news anchor.

Angie now spends most of her time traveling with husband, Brian, and daughter, Ava Grace.  It was on a family trip to South Florida, when a friend first introduced her to Pilates.  "I did a group Reformer class, and I absolutely fell in love!  I knew then and there that I wanted to learn to teach so I could take this workout back to my friends."

Angie spent months researching Pilates teacher-training programs around the country, and discovered that one of the best programs available was right in her own backyard at Push Pilates in Memphis.  "I was immediately impressed by their extensive, 800 hour certification process, as well as owner, Val Russell's training with Ellie Herman.'"

"I love Pilates because your workout can be as tough or as restorative as you want to make it.  I've seen my own body improve through Pilates, and I am looking forward to helping clients see improvements in their own bodies too."
