Carley Dunavant
Carley Dunavant has completed an 800 hour teacher training program through Push Pilates under Susan Powers and Val Russell. She is a member of the Pilates Method Alliance. Carley has studied with Ellie Herman in San Francisco receiving her certification as a Walkilates instructor and trains, regularly, with Susan Powers at Simply Balanced in California. She has also completed the Phase 1 training in Yamuna Body Rolling lead by Beth Sampson.
Because of her love for Pilates and other bodywork, Carley is furthering her education in the field of Exercise and Sports Science with a focus on nutrition and physical therapy at Ole Miss, Oxford, MS. She is lead education specialist at Push Pilates, Oxford as well as a studio trainer and Walkilates leader.
