What is Yoga? The limbs of yoga are the yamas (restraints), niyamas (observances), asana (postures), pranayama (breathing), pratyahara (withdrawal of senses), dharana (concentration), dhyani (meditation), and samadhi (absorption). Our studio honors the traditional foundations of yoga weaving the limbs into our teaching. Exploring these limbs can refine external behavior, imbalances, unwanted habits and help improve inward focus as well as condition and strengthen the body. |
