Push Pilates Teacher Training Program Fact Sheet
- Over the course of a year, the student learns Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced Pilates on the Mat, Reformer, Chair, Cadillac, Barrel and Springboard apparatuses with the guidance of certificate holding instructors. In addition to learning the Pilates Method, students study anatomy, kinesiology, the history of Pilates and teaching skills.
